Cancellations & Refunds

At Devi’s Beauty World, we value your time and commitment. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking an appointment or purchasing any product.

1. Service Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of advance payment (if any).
If you are running late, please inform us. Late arrivals may lead to a shortened service time or rescheduling.
2. Service Refunds
We do not offer refunds on completed services.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
In case of any concerns, we may offer adjustments or corrections to the service within a specified period.
3. Product Refunds & Exchanges
No refunds are provided on purchased products.
Exchanges are only available for unused and unopened products returned within 7 days of purchase, along with the original receipt.
If a product is found to be defective at the time of purchase, we will provide a replacement.
4. Special Offers & Memberships
Discounts, packages, and membership fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
Any prepaid services must be used within the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase.
