1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount (mentioned on the website).
A standard shipping fee applies to all other orders, which will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can track your order status on our website or the courier partner’s website.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos of the package and product for verification before processing a replacement or refund.
7. Non-Delivery & Return to Sender
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may reattempt delivery.
If the package is returned to us due to non-delivery, the customer must pay the additional shipping cost for re-shipment.
